Project Overview
Our team was instructed to deliver a comprehensive 3,800m² roof overcladding solution, providing the client with enhanced thermal performance, extended roof lifespan, and long-term weather protection. The project involved the full supply and installation of a durable overclad system designed to meet modern performance standards while minimising disruption to the building’s ongoing operations.
Scope of Work
The works included
Supply and installation of the Space overclad system
A robust, engineered solution designed for rapid installation and long-term durability.
Installation of 260mm Superglass insulation
This high-performance insulation layer significantly increased the thermal efficiency of the building, helping to reduce energy costs and improve internal climate control.
Installation of 0.7mm Plastisol-coated roof sheets
These sheets provide a strong, corrosion‑resistant finish ideal for industrial environments, ensuring excellent weather resistance and visual improvement.

Solution Delivered
To meet the client’s requirements, we supplied and installed a complete overclad system incorporating 260mm Superglass insulation for maximum thermal benefit. The new outer layer of 0.7 Plastisol roof sheeting provided a durable and aesthetically improved finish.
The use of the Space system allowed installation over the existing roof, reducing waste, eliminating the need for building closures, and ensuring the project was completed efficiently and safely.
