Project Overview

Our team was appointed to deliver a complete roofing and cladding refurbishment to an existing grain store, followed by the full supply and installation of the roofing and cladding package for a newly constructed workshop. The project combined safe removal of asbestos materials, high‑performance insulated systems, and durable new finishes across a combined area of 1,400m².

Phase 1: Grain Store – Full Strip & Replacement (1,100m²)

The existing grain store required a complete overhaul of its roof and cladding, with our works comprising the full strip and safe removal of 1,100 m² of asbestos cement roofing, the removal of the existing metal cladding and metal guttering, and the installation of a modern, insulated roofing and cladding package using TATA Steel systems.
